Good Bye Yellow Brick Road...

The Yellow Brick road. Pictures, Images and Photos

Feeling the pain
while avoiding the obvious
you let the cat out of the bag
didn't you know that was dangerous
to speak of peace and the happiness within
was just antagonizing the disease...
that's so eager to win

ouch....

yet, back to the title... remember? the yellow brick road? how scary it was at times? how dangerous? How long and tiresome?

so, perfect title to match the words...

perfect.

Hey, Noelle!

I'm a new follower on your blog here, but I see that you have some talent in poetry, especially with this piece. It's rather breath-taking for me because I can feel the heart and emotion in your piece.

I write poetry myself every now and then on my blog, let me know what you think of it.

Thanks and write on!

You're amazing with your words!

Your words always make me think and then sigh! I wonder why?
Because of the emotion or because of the truth or is that all the same.
Hugs,

letting the cat out of the bag...took me soo long...and I thought I would die...but the shame crippled me and I wanted to be free...I wanted to fly.
Great poem that made me think of my own journey. Thank you. ☺
